Description:
The ESPEC GPH series of high-temperature test chambers include models such as GPH-H20, GPH-H30, and GPH-H40.
The outer shell of the GPH series high-temperature test chambers is made of high-quality steel plates and coated with plastic. The inner shell is made of stainless steel mirror plates (or brushed plates) welded by argon arc welding, with high-temperature-resistant silicone sealing, ensuring good sealing performance and corrosion resistance. This design not only enhances the appearance of the equipment but also improves its stability and safety in high-temperature environments.
Characteristics:
Temperature range and capacity:
The temperature range for the GPH-H20, GPH-H30 and GPH-H40 models is (RT + 20℃) to +300℃, corresponding to content volumes of 216L, 512L and 1000L respectively. The internal dimensions are 600×600×600mm, 800×800×800mm and 1000×1000×1000mm respectively, and the external dimensions are 1190×970×785mm, 1500×1210×1065mm and 1730×1480×1275mm respectively. These parameters enable different models of equipment to meet different testing requirements.
Control method:
The GPH series high-temperature test chambers support two control methods: fixed value control and program control. Fixed value control is suitable for heat treatment and drying processes in production lines, while program control allows for 10 modes, with each mode having a maximum of 20 steps for setting, meeting the requirements for temperature rise and drop slope setting of temperature characteristic tests. In addition, the equipment is equipped with a color touch screen controller, which is convenient for operation and setting.
High reliability:
The touch screen of the controller, sealing strips, handles and hinges are all designed with high-quality and highly reliable materials, which are durable and can maintain stable performance over a long period of use, reducing the interruption of tests and equipment maintenance costs caused by component failures.
