Product Overview:
ADBT-5-50-24 and ADBT-5-10-72 are high-precision charge-discharge testing systems developed by us for the research and production stages of power batteries. Their core function is to verify the electrical performance and reliability of battery cells under controllable environmental conditions. The charge-discharge controller and temperature box are designed as an integrated unit. The dedicated battery holder can be used in conjunction with the test sample to form a novel and innovative charge-discharge system. This system can provide battery holders of various shapes for vehicle-mounted batteries and lithium-ion batteries. It can be operated through a computer and can monitor voltage, current, temperature in real time. It also has a data logging function. Temperature range: -40 to +100 / Channel number: 72 channels / Output voltage: 0 to 5000 mV / Output accuracy: ±0.1% of F.S.
Product Features:
ADBT-5-10-72, Temperature Control: -40℃ to +100℃ wide temperature range. The horizontal laminar flow design ensures uniform temperature within the box, with an accuracy of ±1.5℃. Impedance Measurement: Built-in 10mΩ to 100Ω high-precision impedance module, supporting automatic recording of dynamic internal resistance changes during cyclic tests, with a resolution of 0.1mΩ. Safety Redundancy: Each channel is equipped with triple protection against overvoltage, overcurrent, and overheating, combined with the explosion-proof design of the box (approved by ATEX), suitable for high-risk laboratory environments.
Current of ADBT-5-50-24: Two-level switching (500~5000mA/1mA resolution, 5000~50000mA/10mA), supports high-rate discharge (such as 5Ah battery at 10C). Power output: 0~250W, can simulate the rapid charging and discharging conditions of electric vehicle batteries (such as 30-minute fast charging test). Dynamic pulse test: Supports custom current waveforms (such as sine wave, square wave), can simulate load fluctuations under actual conditions (such as sudden acceleration / deceleration of electric vehicles), pulse accuracy ±0.5%. Contact resistance compensation: Eliminates the influence of fixture contact resistance through four-wire sampling, ensuring the repeatability of test data reaches 99.5%. Environmental linkage: Synchronously controlled with temperature and humidity chamber (temperature change rate 1℃/min), can reproduce the electrical performance attenuation of batteries under extreme environments (such as -30℃ low-temperature discharge capacity test).
