It is based on the tunable vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser (VCSEL) technology and integrates MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) technology. This light source features outstanding mass production capabilities, high reliability, long lifespan, and low power consumption, and is suitable for various high-precision optical applications, such as optical coherence tomography (OCT), spectroscopic analysis, FMCW LiDAR, and others.
