Optical fiber transient instrument DTS-100, display and record transient optical signal interruption and change. This test method provides a solution for passive or active devices that may be affected by external environmental factors during application, such as temperature change, vibration or impact, which may cause signal interruption, signal attenuation, transient output or transmittance fluctuation.
The DTS-100 can capture transient optical power signal interruptions and losses every 0.8us to 1s. The randomly installed software is easy to operate and stores the data in an Excel sheet for analysis. The test results meet all current standards for vibration and impact testing, such as EIA/TIA-FOTP-32A.
