The Agilent 81680A tunable laser source is specially designed for critical DWDM testing in the C-Band.
Designed specifically for the C-band: the working wavelength range is from 1460nm to 1580nm, covering the C-band, which can meet the testing requirements of various DWDM system components in this band.
Continuous wavelength scanning: It can scan the entire wavelength range continuously, achieving smooth wavelength adjustment, providing continuous wavelength changes for testing, and facilitating a comprehensive evaluation of the performance of the devices at different wavelengths.
Precise wavelength control: With an internal real-time wavelength table, the wavelength accuracy can reach ±0.01nm, the wavelength repeatability is ±0.5pm, and the wavelength stability is <±1pm, ensuring the accuracy and stability of the output wavelength, which is conducive to improving the reliability of the test results.
Low spontaneous emission: The emitted output from the high dynamic range source has low spontaneous emission, and the signal-to-source spontaneous emission ratio is ≥63dB/nm. Output 1 (1520-1570nm), the signal-to-all-source spontaneous emission ratio is ≥60dB Output 1 (1520-1570nm), which can reduce the interference of spontaneous emission on the test results and improve the measurement dynamic range.
