Product Introduction:
The N2795A is a new generation low-cost single-ended active probe with AutoProbe interface. The probe integrates many of the features required for today's general-purpose high-speed probes, especially in digital system design, component design/characterization, and educational research applications. Its 1MΩ input resistance and very low input capacitance (1 pF) provide ultra-low loads for the DUT. This, coupled with superior signal fidelity, makes the probe suitable for most digital logic voltages today. With a wide dynamic range (±8 V) and bias range (±8 V), the probe can be used in a variety of applications.
