The integration of devices is getting higher and higher. To conduct a comprehensive performance characterization of them, a complete RF and microwave measurement solution must be adopted. The E5080B features a frequency range up to 53 GHz and advanced testing capabilities, providing flexible testing capabilities for R&D personnel. Outstanding dynamic range, trace noise and temperature stability can ensure high reliability and repeatability of the measurement.
The E5080B ENA vector network analyzer can conduct comprehensive device characterization of passive components, amplifiers, mixers and frequency converters. You can use an integrated analyzer that integrates multiple functions (such as DC power supply, offset T-junction, pulse generator, pulse modulator and internal second power supply) to perform more tests. Gain deeper insights with application software such as spectrum analysis, mixer measurement, and noise figure measurement. The 2-port or 4-port option can be selected, covering the frequency range from 9 kHz to 20 GHz, or the higher frequency range from 100 kHz to 53 GHz.
The E5080B adopts the same measurement technology as other Keysight vector network analyzers (Vnas) such as PNA, PXI and USB VNA. The universal software platform enables you to easily and conveniently select the appropriate performance level, which better meets your budget and measurement requirements. This universal platform can ensure that the measurement results of multiple instruments always maintain a high degree of consistency and repeatability during the R&D and manufacturing processes, and provide a universal remote programming interface for these instruments.
