The Tektronix CSA8000 is part of the 8000 series sampling oscilloscopes, which includes the TDS8000 as well as a full set of optical and electrical sampling modules. These products jointly replaced the Tektronix 11801C and CSA803C sampling oscilloscopes. The 8000 series offers comprehensive measurement functions with bandwidths up to 28 GHz (fiber) and up to 50 GHz (electrical). The 8000 series features outstanding vertical resolution, fast update rate and Windows user interface. It is a powerful measurement system suitable for high-speed optical and electrical communication, semiconductor testing and TDR characterization of circuit boards, IC packages and cables.
