The R&S®FSPN phase noise analyzer and VCO tester is highly sensitive and features fast measurement speed, making it suitable for characterizing signal sources such as frequency synthesizers, VCOs, OCXOs, and DROs. It is ideal for demanding phase noise and VCO analysis in development and production. Equipped with two low phase noise synthesizers and a real-time cross-correlation engine, it enhances measurement sensitivity, enabling the measurement of very high-quality oscillators, synthesizers, or VCOs in production with only a small number of correlations. Increasing the number of correlations allows for the characterization of the most sensitive commercial synthesizers and oscillators in R&D.
