Thorlabs的PAX1000系列偏振测量仪能够测量准直单色光的偏振态(SOP)。三种型号覆盖可见光到近红外波长范围。每种偏振测量仪都有一个1/4"-20(M6)和两个8-32(M4)螺孔，用于安装接杆。它们都附带一个电源和一根符合当地区域使用的电源线。下方提供其他电源。

The PAX1000 series polarization meter from Thorlabs is capable of measuring the polarization state (SOP) of collimated monochromatic light. The three models cover the wavelength range from visible light to near-infrared. Each polarization measuring instrument has one 1/4"-20(M6) and two 8-32(M4) screw holes for installing the adapter rods. They all come with a power supply and a power cord suitable for local use. Other power supplies are provided below.
We also offer recalibration services for polarization measuring instruments, which can be purchased below. We recommend annual calibration to ensure accurate measurements.
