Characteristics
The Keysight N7041A Rogowski coil current probe has A bandwidth ranging from 12 Hz to 30 MHz and can measure alternating current up to 600 A. This probe features a slim, lightweight, flexible and easy-to-use Rogowski loop clamp coil, which enables it to reach hard-to-reach components and narrow Spaces of the circuit under test for current measurement. It can also measure large alternating currents without the need for larger-sized sensors.
The N7041A series is highly suitable for measuring alternating current under the coverage of large direct current. You can use these probes to design and debug power semiconductor circuits, power supplies, inverters and motors, as well as to diagnose their faults. These probes are equipped with an AC power adapter and four AA batteries. They can be used in conjunction with any Keysight Technologies oscilloscope equipped with a 1 MΩ BNC input interface.
