The N4391B optical modulation analyzer consists of a UXR real-time oscilloscope and a calibrated coherent optical receiver. It can help you keep up with the development of symbol rate grades of transceivers from 800 Gb/s to 1.2 Tb/s and 1.6 Tb/s. The new O-band version supports coherent signal and device testing in the emerging 1.3 μm band for interconnection within data centers.
