AQ6151B是高精度型光波长计,波长精度高达±0.2ppm,可以满足最 高级别的精度测量要求。具有实时校准功能,通过来自内置波长参考光源 的高稳定性参考信号,确保了测量的长期稳定性。采用Michelson干涉仪和 高速快速傅里叶变换(FFT)算法,不仅可以测量单波长激光信号,还可以 测量来自DWDM系统和Fabry-Perot激光器的多波长激光信号。此外,该技 术还可以测量来自光端机的连续波信号之外的调制激光信号。优化的光学 设计和数据处理程序大大缩短了测量时间。

Product Description:
The AQ6151B is a high-precision optical wavemeter with wavelength accuracy up to ±0.2ppm, which can meet the requirements of the highest level of accuracy measurement. Real-time calibration ensures long-term measurement stability with a highly stable reference signal from a built-in wavelength reference light source. Michelson interferometer and high-speed fast Fourier transform (FFT) algorithm are used to measure not only single-wavelength laser signals, but also multi-wavelength laser signals from DWDM systems and Fabry Perot lasers. In addition, the technique can measure modulated laser signals in addition to continuous wave signals from optical terminal machines. The optimized optical design and data processing procedures greatly reduce the measurement time.
