The N4901B is the industry's first serial BERT offering built-in true differential input/output, clock data recovery (CDR), enhanced jitter capability, and unmatched analysis and measurement capabilities to meet current and future test needs. The system can operate in a wider data range of 150 Mb/s to 13.5Gb/s. The four CDR ranges are implemented in 1 Gb/s, 3 Gb/s, 6 Gb/s, and 10 Gb/s. In addition, the loop bandwidth of each CDR range is expanded.
