Product Overview:
SHF46123A is a standalone light emitting unit. The transmitter operates in C+L band and O band. This optical transmitter converts electrical signals to optical signal (amplitude shift keying) format at a data rate of > 56 Gbps in ASK. When the data input is driven by the electric PAM, the PAM signal generation can reach ~ 56gbaud signal. The main component of the SHF 46123 A is a thermally stable lithium niobate Mach-Zehnder modulator, which is driven by a separately optimized amplifier. The temperature stabilizing modulator and the automatic biasing circuit ensure the high stability of the output signal.
