The Agilent B2901A Precision Source/Measurement Unit (SMU) is a 1-channel, compact, cost-effective benchtop SMU with voltage and current source and measurement capabilities. It has multiple features that make it easy to achieve high-precision current-to-voltage (I/V) measurements.
