The E2697A high impedance adapter extends the capabilities of the Keysight Infiniium high performance oscilloscope, making it ideal for a variety of general purpose measurements, such as power supplies, inverters, semiconductor devices, and more. The E2697A offers switchable AC/DC coupling and 10:1 and 1:1 attenuation Settings.
