The SURFCOM 3000A is an integrated surface texture and profile measuring instrument that sets a new paradigm for accuracy and performance. The resolution is 0.005μm and the dynamic range to speed ratio is 2,400,000:1.
The 3000A is equipped with TSK's TIMS integrated measurement system for a high degree of flexibility and scalability. This makes it extremely efficient to analyze surface textures and contours with a single tracing operation.
A variety of measurement assistance features are built in, including AI, track display, repetition, and automatic calculation range extension. This makes the device easy to operate, even for beginners.
Features:
Dimension line display: Diameter, Angle, pitch and other actual measurement values can be entered into the dimension line on the measurement result chart. In addition, you can display geometric deviations from roundness, straightness, and other values, as well as surface textures.
Calculation result/design value sorting function: This function enables clear OK/NG judgment of tolerance sorting. The operator does not have to make pass/fail judgments.
External output function: Measurement results can be output as CSV files. This CSV file can be read by a standard spreadsheet program.
