The R&S RT-ZS10/20/30 is a single-ended active voltage probe with high input impedance. It is used for ground reference voltage measurement from DC to 1.0 GHz, 1.5 GHz and 3 GHz respectively
A comprehensive attachment set allows the probe to be connected to a variety of devices under test (DUT). The R&S RT-ZS10/20/30 is equipped with special features such as the R&S ProbeMeter and micro-buttons, designed to meet the detection challenges of the future.
Since the probe is equipped with a Rohde and Schwarz probe interface, it can be connected to any Rohde and Schwarz base unit that is compatible with the interface. When connected to the front panel of the R&S oscilloscope, the probe can be controlled via the oscilloscope's software menu.
