For high-speed differential or single-ended detection in embedded designs, the Keysight InfiniiMax 1130B differential probe amplifier is the perfect complement to the Keysight Infiniium and Keysight InfiniiVision compatible oscilloscopes (see table below). Extremely low input capacitance, flat frequency response and patented resistance probe cutting edge technology provide ultra-low DUT loads and superior signal fidelity. Keysight's innovative InfiniiMax 1130B series differential probes are the easiest to use and highest performing probe systems for high-speed digital designs, representing a new industry standard for accuracy, flexibility and reliability. Even when using the probe for manual browsing or automated measurements, designers can use it in combination with the InfiniiVision series oscilloscope for complete system bandwidth.
The E2675B Differential browser kit (ordered separately) is recommended for the 1130B with variable spacing between probe tips and full Z-axis compliance, resulting in increased probe availability/versatility. Also available is the E2669B Differential or E2668B single-ended connection kit (ordered separately), which includes a variety of connection probes and accessories.
