The Equivalent circuit analysis function supports 7 different multi-parameter models and helps you simulate the equivalent parameter values of components.
With the enhanced measurement speed option (Option 001), the low frequency (10M/20M/30M/50M) E4990A now offers speeds comparable to the flagship 120-MHz E4990A. This option is ideal for reducing overall test costs, allowing engineers to evaluate components such as resonators or inductors, and to perform quality checks by performing multiple measurements on each device or measuring multiple devices under test.
