Keysight 4156C precision semiconductor parameter analyzer is a high-precision laboratory benchtop solution for advanced device characterization. The 41501B Expander extends the measuring range of the instrument to 1A/200V and adds a low noise ground unit and double pulse generator to the 4156C.
You can also control the 4155B/C or 4156B/C parameter analyzer from your PC using the Desktop EasyEXPERT software. The new Keysight Desktop EasyEXPERT software shipped with the 4155C/4156C also controls the Keysight 4155B/C and 4156B/C parameter analyzers.
