The Keysight N6782A is a signal source/measurement unit (SMU) designed for advanced functional testing of equipment. The Keysight N6782A (Agilent) is capable of modulating output at frequencies up to 100 kHz and is capable of delivering and absorbing current (2-quadrant operation), making it ideal for advanced functional testing, power management units, power amplifiers, and power management ics for a variety of devices such as DC/DC converters. The input stage of the DUT can be stimulated by fast source and waveform functions. The output stage can be loaded and measured through the electronic load function, providing a complete test solution.
