The Tektronix TDP7700 Series TriMode probes provide the highest probe fidelity for real-time oscilloscopes. In addition, the TDP7700 series probes feature connection innovations such as welded tips, with the probe's input buffer mounted just a few millimeters from the end of the tip, providing unmatched availability for connecting today's most challenging electronic designs.
With TriMode detection, a single probe setup enables accurate differential, single-ended, and common-mode measurements. This unique feature allows you to work more efficiently, switching between differential, single-ended and common-mode measurements without moving the probe's connection points.
