The DSOX6002A oscilloscope features an industry-sized 12.1-inch multi-touch touchscreen and voice control, making it extremely easy to use. This is because the oscilloscope uses a "touch screen" design, which allows you to spend less time setting up the oscilloscope and concentrate on the design and test tasks. And, with the innovative InfiniiScan drawing trigger feature, you can use an oscilloscope to trigger on the signal by simply drawing a box around the signal of interest.
The DSOX6002A oscilloscope sets a new benchmark in intuitive display with a waveform capture rate of more than 450,000 waveforms per second, helping you see more signal detail for design confidence. In addition, standard segmentation memory, histograms, and color-level features allow you to analyze signals more deeply. The real-time eye map and jitter analysis options show you the integrity performance of your signal.
Each 6000X series oscilloscope comes standard with a probe per channel.
