IM-6225 using an optical comparator and measuring microscope, the operator moves the XY stage, obtains the coordinates of the measuring point, and measures the dimensions according to the travel range. Since each measuring point requires a moving stage, measurement can become a long and tedious process.
The IM series real-time measurement systems use large diameter lenses and specially designed CMOS cameras to extract measurement points. It can measure up to 99 points simultaneously and significantly reduces measurement time.
Unlike optical comparators and measurement microscopes, the IM series uses pattern matching. As a result, the measurements are not dependent on human vision, and the results are consistent regardless of the operator.
