Product introduction:
Fluke offers a range of active signal heads, and the introduction of the 9560 reaffirms our commitment to ever-upgrading oscilloscope calibration. Current users of the 9500 can upgrade their device to the 9500B to enjoy the benefits of the 9560 probe. The 9560 provides steady sine waves of 6.0 GHz and fast edge pulses of only 70 ps.
Unlike other oscilloscope calibrators, the 9500B pulse amplitude is adjustable. Active Head Technology ™ allows you to adjust the output amplitude between 4.44mV and 3.1V, which allows you to check the oscilloscope's amplifier directly at the sensitive range of the oscilloscope. Regardless of the pulse amplitude you choose, the controlled waveform filtering technique will ensure that all high speed fast edges have specified accurate fast edge pulses.
Features:
-
Automated capabilities provide complete intervention free oscilloscope calibration - even when calibrating today's high-performance multi-channel, multi-function oscilloscopes.
-
Constantly upgrading capabilities help protect your investment in calibrating oscilloscopes.
-
The 5-channel synchronous output means that there is no need to switch to continuous switching, or complex signal multiplexing switches or resistance-matching networks.
-
The 6.0 GHz steady sine wave and 70 ps fast along pulse have all the performance and flexibility needed to calibrate a high performance oscilloscope.
-
Fluke Metering Calibration's unique Active Signal Head technology ™ generates calibration signals at the input end of an oscilloscope -- there is no doubt whether the connection wires or the oscilloscope themselves are causing waveform distortion.
