The HP4286A RF LCR tester provides accurate, reliable and fast measurements in the 1MHz to 3GHz frequency range to improve the quality and productivity of testing electronic components on the production line. Different from reflection measurement technology, DC voltage measurement technology can be used for accurate measurement in a wide range of impedance.
