The 2400 Series SourceMeter SMU series provides accurate voltage, current source and measurement functions. Each model offers a highly stable DC power supply and a true instrument-grade 6½ bit multimeter. In operation, they can act as voltage sources, current sources, voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and electronic loads. The 2400 Series SMU offers IV functionality from 1100V to 100nV and current from 10.5A pulses to 1pA.
