Keithley 2461 SMU instrument provides four quadrant precision voltage and current source / load, plus measurement on the touch screen user interface. These instruments can simultaneously provide the source and measurement of 10 fa - 10 a pulse current and / or 100nv - 200V voltage, 1000W pulse and 100W DC total power.
