The Rohde&Schwarz FSU67 spectrum analyzer uses a single coaxial input and can cover the frequency range of 20 Hz to -67 GHz without the need for an external harmonic mixer. FSU67 also integrates an instrument controlled RF attenuator with a frequency range of 0 to 75 dB, divided into 5 dB steps, without the need for external manual operation of the attenuator. The reference level range of this instrument (-130 dBm to+30 dBm) is also higher than what can be achieved using a harmonic mixer. In addition to being suitable for research and development environments, the R&S FSU67 is also suitable for use on production lines. It provides IEEE 488 or Ethernet LAN connectivity and includes a USB interface. The instrument has also been certified to comply with LXI Class C. It can perform 80 measurements in manual mode and 70 measurements on the IEEE 488 bus. The instrument will also control an external signal generator as a tracking source through IEEE 488 or TTL bus for scalar transmission, loss, and reflection measurements.
