Product Overview:
The Agilent/HP 41501A SMU and pulse generator extension units are used to enhance the measurement capabilities of the 4155A, 4155B, 4155C, 4156A, 4156B and 4156C. The 41501A plugs into the rear of the 4155x or 4156x and automatically identifies its additional measurement resources during startup. These additional resources are displayed in the 4155C/4156C "Channels: Channel Definitions" page, and they are treated in exactly the same way as the 4155C/4156C measurement resources.
The 41501A PGU can be used with the 16440A SMU/PGU selector to perform write/erase durability tests on flash units and other types of non-volatile storage units.
The 41501A HPSMU delivers up to 1A of current and offers voltages up to +/-200 V.
