The SMIQ06ATE signal generator offers a wide range of modulation options to meet today's test requirements of 300 kHz to 6.4 GHz. Using digital Signal processor (DSP) technology, SMIQ06ATE produces high-precision wideband digitally modulated signals that support a variety of digital radio protocols.
