The Keysight 10073C passive probe is our most robust 500 MHz probe. It has a 10:1 attenuation ratio and a high input impedance of 2.2 M ohm, making it ideal for use as a universal high-bandwidth passive probe for Keysight 300 MHz - 1 GHz 6000 series, 7000, 8000 and 9000 series oscilloscopes. The probe recognition function automatically configures the probe attenuation of the oscilloscope.
