The N2874A passive probe from Shide Technology provides frequencies from DC to 1.5GHz and a 10:1 attenuation coefficient, enabling precise measurement of fast edges in high-speed applications. This probe requires 50 inputs on the oscilloscope. The compact 2.5mm probe diameter, low input capacitance, and fine probe tip accessories make the N2870A series an ideal choice for detecting dense integrated circuit components or surface mount devices in current high-speed digital applications.
