Bandwidth up to 2 GHz and sampling rates up to 10 GS/s ensure you have the performance required for rapidly changing signal details. To capture long Windows of signal activity while maintaining accurate timing resolution, the MSO/DPO5000 series provides depth recording lengths of up to 12.5M points on all channels, and optional recording lengths of up to 250M on two channels.
