Keithley 236 is fully programmable and can simultaneously output and measure voltage or current. keithley 236 These devices truly realize the four functions of voltage source, current source, voltmeter and ammeter. It can meet the requirements of a variety of test applications, including semiconductor device characterization, leakage current measurement, and insulation resistance measurement. It is very practical as a source measurement device in automatic test equipment (ATE). Keithley 236 output voltage from 100μV to 110V and current from 100fA to 100mA. It can also measure voltage or current in this range.
The 236 can be programmed to perform source voltage measurements as a function of stepped voltage or current. Voltage and current can be swept linearly, logarithmically, or pulsed. The start, stop, and step method of setting the scanning parameters allow the operator to quickly use the instrument. Scan parameters (additional keys) can be attached for more complex test sequences.
