Professional maintenance for YOKOGAWA AQ6151B optical wavelength meter. The common faults and their causes are as follows 
The equipment fails to start up or experiences frequent power outages. 
Possible reasons: 
Power adapter failure: Input voltage exceeds the rated range (AC 100-240V ±10%), or the adapter's output power is insufficient (requires 12V/2A). 
Internal power module failure: After long-term use, the electrolytic capacitors have aged, causing fluctuations in the output voltage. 
Power cord connection problem: The plug is oxidized or there is a short circuit inside the cable. 
2. Battery life significantly decreases (applies only to portable models) 
Possible cause: The lithium battery has been unused for a long time or has been overcharged, resulting in capacity reduction. 
3. Longitudinal or power measurement deviation exceeds the specification 
Possible reasons:
