Fault cause: Battery exhausted or damaged, power adapter fault, poor contact of the device's power interface.
Maintenance method: Connect the device to the power adapter for direct power supply; if it can be turned on, the battery is faulty and should be replaced; if there is still no response, replace with a power adapter of the same specification for testing; check the power interface, clean the oxide layer and reinsert it, and repair the interface solder joints if necessary.
Fault cause: Contaminated or damaged fiber connector, dirty optical components of the OTDR port, aging of the internal laser module.
Maintenance method: Clean the end face of the connector of the device and the test fiber with a dedicated fiber cleaning pen; open the OTDR port shell of the device and gently wipe the optical components with anhydrous alcohol cotton; if the problem persists after cleaning, replace the aging laser module.
Fault cause: Oil stains or dirt on the screen surface, loose touch cable, fault of the touch drive module.
Maintenance method: Wipe the screen surface with a soft damp cloth; turn off the power, open the device, reinsert and fix the touch cable; if the problem is not solved, replace the touch drive module.
Fault cause: Storage medium full or damaged, poor contact of the USB interface, file system error.
Maintenance method: Delete some old data to free up space or replace with a new storage medium; clean the USB interface contacts and replace the USB cable for testing; repair the file system through the device's built-in system repair function, and rewrite the firmware if necessary.
