原因分析：偏置电流设置不当、上升沿速度过快、过阻尼、阻抗不连续、反射、NRZ数据连续性问题、对称性不佳、振荡和过冲、终端端接阻抗不匹配、发射端信号预处理不当、接收器均衡处理不当或通道串扰。
