Tektronixp6316-mso16-channel logic detector, this unique detector design provides two 8-channel pods that simplify the process of connecting to test equipment. When connected to square pins, the P6316 can be connected directly to 8 x 2 square needles, which are spaced at 10 inch centers. When more attachment flexibility is needed, you can use the included flying lead sets and grabbers, clips to surface mount equipment or test points. The P6316 offers outstanding electrical characteristics, applying only 8pf capacitive loads with 101kb input impedance.
