The 85024A high frequency probe can be used for easy on - line measurement. Only 0.7pF input capacitance is shunted by 1 megohm resistance, providing complete high-frequency detection without adverse load effects on the circuit under test. The excellent frequency response and unit-gain ensure high accuracy in sweep response measurements using this probe. High probe sensitivity and low distortion levels allow you to make measurements in the full dynamic range of the RF analyzer.
