The HP 81533A and 81533B interface modules use 815xx optical heads and 8153, 8163 and 8164 mainframes. Agilent Technologies has not released a specification for the 81533A or 81533B interface module because it must always use one optical head and host.
The 81533B module can be used with optical heads: 81520A, 81521B, 81524A, 81525A.
The 81533A module can be used with the optical heads 81521B and 81524A.
