Product description:
Agilent has introduced a new generation of high-bandwidth oscilloscopes that use a front-end chipset with indium phosphide (InP) technology to deliver breakthrough capabilities. This new chipset helps enable Agilent to launch oscilloscopes with analog bandwidths higher than 16GHz in the first half of 2010. Engineers working on high-speed serial data link designs such as USB, SATA, or PCI Express use an oscilloscope to measure jitter and other parameters to ensure that the design conforms to industry-compliant standards. As data rates increase beyond 8.5Gb/s, engineers will need oscilloscopes with analog bandwidths in excess of 16GHz.
Features:
-
At higher frequencies, a fairly flat response is produced;
-
Low-noise non-conductive substrate for improved measurement accuracy;
-
Low power consumption ensures high reliability.
