Product Description:
The dual-channel 2182A nanovoltmeter is most suitable for stable low-noise voltage measurement, as well as for reliable and repeatable verification of low-resistance materials and devices. Compared with other low-voltage measurement solutions, its measurement speed is faster and the noise performance is significantly improved. It provides a simplified incremental mode, suitable for resistance measurement in combination with a reverse current source (such as 6220 or 6221 models).
Features:
-
1nV sensitivity
-
The noise under 1s response time is usually only 15nVp-p,
-
Dual channel
-
The measurement cycle is synchronized with the AC cycle of the power line
-
Built-in thermocouple linearization and cold junction compensation
-
Internal polarity reversal measurement technology
-
Most suitable for 6220/6221 current source
-
When combined with 6220 or 6221, it supports incremental mode current reverse measurement technology
-
The 2182A/6221 combination synchronizes the signal pulse with the measurement
Advantage:
-
Provide accurate ultra-low voltage measurement.
-
The noise of 40–50nV p-p at 60ms ensures low noise levels over a wide range of useful response times.
-
Supports measuring the ratio of voltage, temperature or unknown resistance to reference resistance.
-
Simplifies the process of accurate temperature measurement.
-
Eliminate sources of thermal error.
-
When performing differential conductance, pulse, and resistance measurements, these two instruments are allowed to operate as a single instrument.
-
Support resistance measurement as low as 10nΩ.
-
Minimize the power consumption of temperature-sensitive DUTs.
