Features:
TOPCON's BM-7A is a luminance colorimeter with excellent safety and functionality. It adopts a three-color value filtering method. In addition to measuring brightness, chromaticity, and color temperature, it can also instantly display CIELAB, CIELUV, color difference, and the difference between the measured value and the reference value.
use:
Its application range is very wide: the brightness, chromaticity, color temperature, contrast and other items of LCD monitors for various TVs/mobile phones/computers/copiers, etc.; various components in the liquid crystal field (LED, CCFL, EL backlight, LCD Modules, filters) brightness, chromaticity, light distribution characteristics inspection; automotive taillights, traffic signal lights, etc. brightness and chromaticity measurement, etc.
Features:
1. Wide measuring range
Since there are 4 switchable measuring angles (0.1°, 0.2°, 1°, 2°), one instrument can cover all measurement ranges. Minimum measurement area: 0.5mmø.
2. Simple correction method
① Direct correction: Without using a PC, you can use the RS-232C data cable to connect the Spectroradiometer SR-3A, Spectrocolorimeter SC-777 and this model BM-7A, and directly input the correction coefficient to the BM-7A.
② Area correction: In the case of measuring with chromaticity as the unit and multiplying by different correction coefficients, you can arbitrarily specify an area on the xy color code chart, and automatically select the set correction coefficient with the specified area as the unit, and Make corrections
3. High-speed measurement
Unlike the previous BM-7 model, the measurement speed of BM-7A has been increased from 2 seconds to 0.5 seconds, which is very fast.
4. High-precision measurement
The brightness accuracy of BM-7A has reached within ±2% (measurement conditions: 5cd/㎡ or more, 2° automatic range, standard A light source);
The chromaticity accuracy of BM-7A is within ±0.002 (measurement conditions: 10 cd/㎡ or more, 2° automatic range, standard A light source).
5. Interface
Two communication methods, USB and RS-232C, are used to facilitate the connection between instruments and PC.
