The Keysight MSOS204A is an advanced mixed-signal oscilloscope in the Infiniium S series, designed specifically for high-speed digital design verification, embedded system development, and RF signal analysis. With a 2 GHz fixed bandwidth (which can be upgraded to 8 GHz) and a 20 GSa/s full-channel sampling rate, combined with 800 Mpts deep storage (standard configuration) and a 10-bit ADC (reaching 16-bit vertical resolution in high-resolution mode), it can precisely capture the subtle transient changes of nanosecond-level signals, while maintaining <0.61 mV RMS background noise and <100 fs RMS inherent jitter. It becomes a core tool for testing in automotive electronics, industrial automation, and optical communication module testing. Its 15-inch XGA capacitive touch screen and Windows platform provide an intuitive operation experience, supporting multi-task parallel processing and data analysis.
