The Keysight MSOS054A is an economical mixed-signal oscilloscope in the Infiniium S series, designed specifically for embedded system development, low-speed digital design verification (such as USB 3.2, CAN FD), and basic RF signal analysis. With a 500 MHz fixed bandwidth and a 20 GSa/s full-channel sampling rate, combined with a 100 Mpts deep storage (which can be upgraded to 800 Mpts) and a 10-bit ADC (reaching 16-bit vertical resolution in high-resolution mode), it can precisely capture the subtle transient changes of nanosecond-level signals, while maintaining <1 mV RMS background noise and <100 fs RMS inherent jitter. It becomes a cost-effective tool in the fields of industrial automation, automotive electronics, and education and research. Its 15-inch XGA capacitive touch screen and Windows platform provide an intuitive operation experience, supporting multi-task parallel processing and data analysis.
