Compatible with the high-impedance AutoProbe interface
The Keysight N7026A is an active current probe with a 150 MHz bandwidth, suitable for InfiniiVision and Infiniium oscilloscopes. This probe features a large and flat bandwidth (DC to 150 MHz), low noise (<250 µArms), and a wide input range (up to 30 Arms continuous current or 40 Apeak discontinuous current). Its measurement sensitivity is as low as 1 mA/div, allowing you to see low-level signals more precisely.
For precise measurement using a clamp-on current probe, demagnetization and elimination of offset errors are of crucial importance. The demagnetization and calibration buttons on the probe can easily and quickly remove any residual magnetism and unwanted DC offsets. This probe can be powered directly through the InfiniiVision and Infiniium AutoProbe interfaces (at which point the measurable current can reach up to 15 Apeak), or it can be powered through an external AC adapter (at which point the measurable current can reach up to 40 Apeak).
The N7026A is an ideal choice for capturing transient current signals, such as high-frequency digital circuits, ics, and motor controllers
