The N2797A single-ended active probe is the industry's first low-cost high-input-impedance active probe, featuring durable probes that can be used for environmental chamber testing of ICs and devices. It can detect signals in harsh temperature environments ranging from -40 to +85 °C. This probe offers a bandwidth of 1.5 GHz and a cable length of up to 2 meters.
The N2796A is equipped with a white LED headlight that illuminates the circuit under test when you are conducting manual probing, allowing for better observation. This probe is directly powered by the InfiniiVision and Infiniium Autoprobe interface, eliminating the need for an external power supply.
